When I told Caroline that we had TWO major birthdays to celebrate, she was very excited to send some birthday wishes out to Grandma Karee (who's birthday was yesterday) and Aunt Jewel (who's birthday is tomorrow). So I asked Caroline what exactly she wanted to do for them, and this is what she expressed:
First, she said she wanted to make sure to give them both a great big bear hug (complete with growl).
Then she'd give them each a big ol' smooch (or blow kisses if necessary).
When I told her we'll actually get to see both of them, she was so happy...
she just couldn't help but laugh & slap her knee. This will be pretty wonderful!
"Here Mama, take a picture of me in my pretty chair. I'll say CHEESE!"
"Wasn't that hilarious?"
"Are you catching all of this, Grandma?" (she's doing the sign for Grandma - hard to capture)
"Come on Mom, keep up here."
"Oh! I should make them some tea!"
"I think I'll sit and try some out first."
"Hmmm...this could be tricky to keep warm until they get here. Any ideas?"
"Okay, now I'll just stand here and look cute & you take a picture."
Happy (belated) birthday, Grandma! We love you and are so thankful to have you close!
And happy (early) birthday Aunt Jewel! We've missed you and can't wait to see you soon!

I cannot even express how wonderful it is to see this! She is so adorable and LOVE the chair. I see no reason why you can't do this every day, preferable while she is still in her pj's.....:)

I know at some point in her life Caroline will probably want hair, but she's SO STINKING CUTE without it. :)
